Hailing from Seoul, South Korea, Hearts2Hearts is an eight-member girl group under SM Entertainment, consisting of K-pop icons CARMEN, JIWOO, YUHA, STELLA, JUUN, A-NA, IAN, and YE-ON. Since their debut in February 2025, the group has established an international following through their vibrant performances and unique connection with fans across the globe. They won Rookie of the Year at the 2025 Seoul Music Awards and were nominated for Best New Artist (K-pop) at the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards.
This performance is in celebration of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month.
