After seeing the Vitality Totem I decided to go (almost) full troll (did keep attacking with the 5/5). Normally I would have hit the totem (prevents 8+ healing for 5 dmg) even knowing I'm going to draw into Frostbolt and have 31 dmg from hand even if Thaurissan dies before more attacks.
