Good morning stampers and crafters. Today I am sharing how I created this hearth wreath card. By the way, thank you for the many requests to do this one for you. We will be using the Framed Florets stamp set that is being released to customers on Nov. 1st. Don't worry though, you can use this technique with whatever floral & leaf stamps you may have on hand.
