Learn how to make a heart shaped stuffed (deep dish) style pizza for Valentine's Day! This Chicago style pizza is loaded with Italian sausage, pepperoni, tons of melted mozzarella and topped with a top crust and a simple and easy marinara sauce. Pure deliciousness at its finest!!

What you'll need (for a 10" x 2" heart shaped pan or 10" round pan):

for the pizza dough:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup warm water
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp salt

for the sauce:
15 ounces (about 2 cups) crushed tomatoes
1/4 cup diced onion
1-2 cloves garlic
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp salt

for the pizza:
1 recipe dough
1 recipe sauce
1 lb mild Italian sausage
3 ounces pepperoni
12 ounces mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp dried oregano
