To wrap up our conversations around Norway, we brought everything full circle by talking about food production! We asked people about their favorite fruit or vegetable and traced back the many steps that go into producing it. đĽ
Through these engaging conversations, we discovered that many of us are unaware of the complex journey our food takes, the people who make it possible and ultimately, what is needed for all this to be sustainable. đŹ
