This video is one of the most requested topics on the channel. And I finally did it! Today I share my skin care routine and my tips for healthy skin. I share the skin care habits I formed in my 20s, that are beginning to pay off now that I'm in my 30s.
I believe healthy skin and glowing skin come from the inside out. If we want to know how to get clear skin, how to clear acne, or simple anti aging tips, I think we need to start looking at our lifestyle. The best thing about it is, the things that make us feel good, also help to make us look good. It's a win-win. :)
These skincare tips are things I've been doing for a while, and in my case they have helped me to have a fresh skin most of the time. But of course, there's no real thing as flawless skin. We all have our issues, at least some of the time. So I don't believe in striving for perfect skin. Let's try to do our best to take good care of our skin, and to accept and honor it the way it is.
