Let's talk about nutrition and your kids. A kid should have somewhere between one to two thousand calories a day 2 ounces of protein 2 cups of dairy products 2 cups of vegetables 2 cups of fruit that sort of varies based on age and and weight and how much they're doing in sports etc but that's sort of a general rule now kids are going to go for the peanut butter and jelly they're not going to go for the green beans so what do you do have your kids buy their bad food choices it's okay to have peanut butter and jelly sandwiches it's okay to have a candy bar but make them buy that with something good a list of good foods like a banana an apple or some green beans That'll teach them the idea of negotiating as well as get them exposed to better foods that make them healthier than the candy bar and popcorn and junk food.
