Healing Fibroids and Endometriosis w/ Jovanka Ciares

My friend Jovanka Ciares joins me today and she discusses her story of being diagnosed with endometriosis and fibroids and her journey for a natural treatment for endometriosis and learning how to shrink fibroids. Jovanka is an herbalist and through her journey, learned that she could shrink fibroids naturally and shrinking fibroids with herbs became something she wanted to share with others. She transitioned to a plane-based diet and healing endometriosis with a vegan diet became a reality for her. With this knowledge, she knew that she knew how to get of fibroids and that healing endometriosis with food was a reality. She created her own fibroids diet to find a fibroids natural cure. She knew how to shrink fibroids and remove the endometriosis symptoms she was experiencing.
