This is one of my favourite action games from back then but it doesnt have much on MGS or Splinter cell. The bike elements were nice but underused. The controls also themselves were quite difficult to work with on a dreamcast controller too but it's still a fun game.
One thing to note is that when you die you start the area on full health, so there's very little penality and risk. The loading times weren't too bad, but due to the structure of the mall level, they were a huge pain so I decided to cut those ones out of the video. There were a couple of glitches during my game, one in the middle and one i added to the end of the video.
