No experience in life is a waste. Unless you insist on learning nothing. I definitely learned from the course and ending of this relationship - thank the lord - because I was in no hurry to repeat it.

So air-pop some corn, sprinkle those kernels with nooch, and pay attention to red flags in your relationships (even in your own behavior) and - if at all possible - learn what it feels like to know in your heart that you are WORTHY of respect, appreciation, and kindness. Always. No matter what. When you know you're worthy, lovable, and capable of happiness on your own, you won't feel such a pull to stay in a relationship that's physically or emotionally dangerous to your wellbeing.
