On October 10th, 2019 Tommy Lee Jenkins finished a 351 mile, 4 day journey from Whitestown Indiana to Neenah Wisconsin. Tommy (32) made the trip to meet his new love Kylie (14) after "knowing" her for just a few days. Kylie was in fact an undercover officer and Tommy Lee Jenkins was caught in a sting. While this sounds like a simple open and shut case there are a still a lot of questions that surround the suspect and why he was free in the first place.
