Tonight’s episode is different from the usual collection of Dogman encounters.
Instead of hearing from several different people, this entire account comes from one man in eastern Kentucky who says he and his family have experienced unexplained activity on the same property for more than 26 years.
He and his wife bought their rural property in 2000. For the first several years, life there was exactly what they wanted—quiet, isolated and surrounded by thousands of acres of Appalachian woods.
Then he saw something walking through the trees.
His first unexplained sighting appeared to be a massive, hair-covered humanoid that he believed could have been a Sasquatch.
Years later, his wife called him outside after spotting what she thought was an enormous black dog at the edge of their field.
Then it stood up.
That would become the first of several alleged Dogman encounters on the property.
But Dogman wasn’t the only thing he claims to have seen.
One winter night, his German Shepherd, Buford, refused to leave the porch. When he went outside to see what had frightened his dog, he spotted a thin, pale humanoid moving low to the ground along the tree line—something he would later discover closely resembled what some people call a “crawler.”
As the years passed, the encounters continued.
He witnessed two Dogman-like creatures together. He heard them make sounds that appeared to be directed at one another. Eventually, one encounter involving his adult son and Buford brought him closer to one of these creatures than he ever wanted to be.
And according to both men, something particularly strange happened when he reached for the shotgun he kept on his four-wheeler.
After 26 years on the same land, he still doesn’t claim to know what these creatures are, where they come from, or why so many unexplained sightings have occurred around his property.
He only claims to know what he and his family witnessed.
