The Last City used to have more factions including The Concordat, a group whose leader once tried to overthrow The Speaker. His name was Lysander and he was also known for accusing Osiris of being a mistake and broken thing that was reincarnated by a faulty ghost. He attempted to overthrow the Tower's Guardians but was soundly defeated and was exiled to the wilds. One day if given half the chance there is a possibility that he might return.
