A look at 'ColorControl', a utility with various uses including HDR calibration (tweaking). Including adjusting overall saturation and gamma levels which can help in some cases with things looking too dark, too washed out or 'overdone'. The tweaking here can fix some issues that the Windows HDR Calibration app can't, but depending on the monitor model one method or the other may be preferred.
