OPEN THE DESCRIPTION :
NOTE : DIVES CANNOT BE DONE WHY HOLDING B, BUT I COULD HAVE OBVIOUSLY DONE THE STAR WITHOUT DIVES, I DIDN'T WANT TO REDO IT. THANKS FOR UNDERSTANDING.
Here the strat was pretty tough. I needed to do punches at Y run speed and land on the middle platform, it was possible with a precise position and angle. I barely make it !
If you are wondering why I needed to hold B : The punch trick (I discovered) which can allow you to punch at any speed, requieres a B Press : You need to hold B, Press A, and release B just after. It will make you punch instead of kick.
Also, little note : Punching on the ground makes you lose 2 of speed every frame, but punching in the air won't. So I kept my Y run speed all the way during my punches.
I obviously tried : Slidekick, Dive, Kick, Slow Kick Trick (found by Really_Tall). I also tried to do the strats on the little carved rocks.

So, a guy adviced me to try to do the moat skip by using Y run so it could be faster since we would run fast for some frames under the water. Unfortunately, it is slower by 33 frames than the current moat skip. Though, by TASing moat skip i learned a lot about how to do it, and im pretty sure i can improve the current moat skip.

In this video, I do the combination of collecting the 100 coins star and Stomp on the Thwomp in Tick Tock Clock in 2x B Presses.

All the kicks done in this video (except the ones at 0:38) are done without using the B Button, by simply pressing A at the same time as running off an edge with low enough speed.

Note : Thanks to the Remote Interaction Glitch, these stars are already theoretically doable in 0.5x B Presses, but the strat takes multiple centuries to do, so its better to explore for more reasonable strats even though they might need more B Presses, to prove that they are possible in such number of B Presses.

About the 1-1 level, the first egg shot is honestly worth it to try in runs as :
1) Its the very beginning of the game
2) You will always take some red coins even if you miss the right angle to make the egg touch the text box, so its faster than doing the previous way")
