The HC-TT is a compact cassette manipulation device which allows you to manually play a cassette and produces sound similar to scratching a vinyl record. You control the direction and speed by turning the two large playback knobs, which rotate the cassette spindles and move the tape across the internal tape head. There is a touch switch for a momentary mute for audio and CV/Gate outputs, and the Arches and Moons touch plates enable feedback and other interactions. The HC-TT does not record audio but only outputs pre-recorded audio from any cassette tape.
