Quickly threw this TAS together in about one and a half hours. Was originally aiming for a hundredth improvement, but after I laid out the last sector, I knew a sub-17 was within reach; and after optimizing my lines and about 80k iterations into a finish bruteforce, I got it.
This 13.16 wouldnt have happened without the efforts of @Spoms666. His lines are pretty much perfect, and this video is further proof of that.
Itll be very surprising if this isnt the last hundredth possible on this track.

Another run Ive had on the backburner for a few months (Finish bruteforce found a 7.383 back in mid-February and I suspected a maxout was possible with cleaner inputs)
Don control carried the first 5 seconds
Got stuck at the finish with a low .380, but after I switched back to standard mode and replaced the brake tap with a rel+brake, bruteforce managed to quickly get the hundredth on the first attempt 😂")
