Old HBO Promotional Commercials that were found on an old VHS tape. The tape appears to be recorded from May 1999 after "The X-Files Movie," "Murder at 1600" & " The Substitute 2- School's Out."

It was captured using a Panasonic AG-1980p S-VCR. A Elgato Game Capture HD Device with a passthrough of the Panasonic DVD Recorder DMR-ES15 has used to transfer the information into a computer.
