Over the next several months, my friends Davood and Daniel (see channel information below) and I have decided to read Hayden White’s “Tropics of Discourse: Essays in Cultural Criticism.” This week, we discuss just the sixth essay in the collection, "The Irrational and Historical Knowledge”.
