Hey!! It's been a little while since I posted so uhh sorry about that! I've kinda had a life recently so I have less time to animate the things I want... plus I was super excited to make this, so I put a lot of effort into it! I'm pretty proud of it, so I hope you guys like it too. I don't really make story-related animations as much as I'd like.
The main character shown here is Rivalry, a Mareep/Eevee hybrid who kinda-sorta lives with the edge squad. They're also kinda the child of Mono and Jupiter but shh I'll explain that at a later time. Basically this is supposed to show them reaching into memories to see what the heck happened to everyone to make them as messed up as they are. If anybody doesn't already know what's going on (i really only explained on discord tbh) I'd love to hear some theories!
Also Rivalry isn't even my character but I love them a whole lot. They belong to Totoparty on dA!

ooOOH GOD oh god its finally here. finally. realistically I couldve had it done a couple of months ago as I was only waiting on one part for ages- but thats my fault for being too lenient and then being too lazy to finish the part myself for about a month after. but!! yes! the Disobedient MAP doesnt have to be some kinda weird myth anymore. its real and Im happy to be able to focus on other things even more now! :D
this waaaas.... a disaster in terms of how I hosted it- my attention issues and bad memory makes it so that Im not the best MAP host. and I apologise for that. but Im incredibly proud of everybody who joined and finished their parts! they all look so good, I love looking at all the unique art styles and different kinds of OCs in this. I also find it pretty funny that most people stuck to using purple backgrounds despite that not actually being a requirement, haha...
but yeah! thank you to all the animators who helped make this a reality. you all did wonderful and I will absolutely continue to host more MAPs in the future~

So this was a fun one...I started it back in December, gave up on it while I was busy sorta taking a break from animation, then came back to it over the last...week or so? Hopefully my style hasnt changed too much between now and then,, I think most of it looks consistent enough!! I havent changed how I draw Flamey or anything so Im sure Im fine. Also hey, frame by frame practise!! I,, tried way too hard to make this smooth. I havent done much like it in a while, so why not get some practise in?
I have absolutely no idea what compelled me to animate this, honestly. I remember stumbling upon this song a few months back and obsessing over it for a week or two, so I guess thatd be it?? No idea why I used Flamey either...cant complain though, shes cute and simple to animate!! A babey...

Sorry Im so inactive, school is beating me to death and Ive felt so drained animation-wise for about a month now. I really do wanna post more but finding the time is hard at the moment.

So I decided to whip this up in the span of about... a week, perhaps? Im not sure, but Ive been working on it nearly non-stop the last three or four nights, at the very least. I originally planned to make something far longer, as theres a certain song Ive wanted to animate with Flamey and Cyink, but... you know the vibes. Sometimes a lack of time and motivation gets in the way.
