Sorry for so much downtime, but I'm back with two characters to release.
First is the guest character, Hawlsera Tygarus Enroygall, who is a tricky ghost with set-play potential.
The last characters I did were Gage and Camilla for MUGEN/Ikemen, so I can't promise MUGEN Compatibility. I didn't test for compatibility with MUGEN. I highly encourage switching over to Ikemen or just having separate builds.
