SELF-CONFESSED "poly king" Joey parents his three children with his two "wives" Brianna and Kori. Having referred to himself as "polygamous" for eight years, Joey is legally married to Brianna, who is the biological mother of all three children - Rae Rae (5), RJ (2) and baby Olympus (4 months). But when Joey met Kori and brought her along to one of his music video shoots, she met Brianna and a new three-way love blossomed. And Kori was unfazed by the idea of joining a "ready-made" family - as she told Truly: "Knowing that Joey and Brianna had kids wasn't really a concern for me, I was very much excited to venture out into something new." Joey and Brianna are planning a trip to Africa to make Kori their official wife later this year - but in the meantime, she has wasted no time embedding herself into family life. RJ already calls her "mom" and she regularly helps Brianna care for baby Olympus. As Brianna recounted, having Kori around during her pregnancy was a huge pressure relief: "Kori definitely helped me through it all, especially with me working - coming home, feet rubbed, back rubbed, food cooked. She just made it so much easier for me." But although the throuple have found a parenting dynamic that benefits all of them and their children, outside the four walls of their home, others are not so understanding - as Joey admits: "We have definitely received judgement and opinions about what we have going on." He puts this down to "lack of knowledge" and the parents are defiant in their approach. But there is one issue they still have not resolved - Kori's family. Whilst her siblings are aware of her situation, her mom, Shirelda - who Kori describes as “a strong-willed woman, the toughest cookie” - has no idea that she is living not only with a “husband and wife” but also three children. So when Shirelda visits today and is confronted with the truth, Kori knows she is in for a rude awakening…
