HAVING A ME DAY | FOOD SHOP, COOKING COMFORT FOOD & DECIDING ON PAINT SAMPLES

- Chicken Alfredo pasta: Makes 1 portion
1 Chicken Breast, 1 tsp dried mixed herbs of your choice
2tsp olive oil, split between the chicken and the sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced or finely chopped
1/2 tub or 150ml creme fraiche
150g chestnut mushrooms
handful of fresh parsley
salt and pepper
25g grated parmesan
150g pasta of your choice
