We got the defence of our Premier League crown off to the perfect start as we secured a comfortable victory against Championship champions Coventry City at Emirates Stadium.

Amidst a still-joyous N5 crowd, Kai Havertz opened the scoring after 14 minutes with a fine finish before Bukayo Saka added a tap-in midway through the half to put us in control.

Straight after the restart, Martin Odegaard added a third to wrap up a fifth-straight opening day victory to ensure we start this season the same way we ended the last one - on top of the Premier League table.
