After our backpacking hammock held 1070 lb, we hoped the ticker material of Haven Safari could hold even more. Again, we struggled with anchoring but eventually figured out a way to put 2260 lb (1025 kg) in the tent before 💥💥💥 That's the weight of 3 horses or an adult walrus! 😂
* Note this test only illustrates a static load potential and the tent body was in good condition; free of any rips or wear. Improper storage or use will greatly reduce working loads. We still recommend a 350 lb (158 kg) weight maximum. Do not use spreader bars if bent or damaged. Do not pull or hang items from spreader bars when under load.
That being said, let's see what this baby can do... enjoy!
