This is not an UFO. Its very much identified object. This was a flare from Iridium-65 satellite.
Iridium is a global communications network consisting of 66 satellites with true global coverage.
It has 3 specially designed antenna at 120 deg angle, which can reflect sunlight towards earth. During evening or before dawn Sun light may get reflected by those antennas to a point on Earth. From that point an observer can see a flashing light on the sky. As each satellite is controlled very accurately, therefore its flare to a location can be predicted very accurately. You can take help from mobile application to locate and watch beautiful iridium flares.
