The new stasis scout, Wicked Implement, has been labeled "mid"/trash by the community, which I think is quite wrong. This exotic offers so much utility, build synergy, and infinite slow/freeze - all in the a infinite ammo primary weapon. So let's give it a second look. I'm not going to convince you it's S tier....but it doesn't deserved to be dunked on.
