In 2018 the PGA - Italian Punks Go Acoustic organization invited the members of Lisola che non cè ONLUS to record their first professional song, a translated and re arranged version of Ramoness classic Blitzkrieg Bop. That was a crucial moment for the association which provides music lessons and integration activities for disabled kids in Como, Italy: punk rockers and kids with disabilities are both prejudiced for all kinds of reasons so the two communities decided to join forces and have fun together. This friendship begun in 2012 with the release of the first compilation Italian Punks Go Acoustic...for good! (Rude Records) that featured several different artists from the italian punk scene recording acoustic version of international punk rock songs. All the proceeds benefit from that release went to Isola to cover the supplies and living costs of the structure volunteers. Other two compilation has been released ever since that, in 2013 and 2016. PUNKABILITY is the visual and oral history of these beautiful project.
Nel 2018 il collettivo noto come PGA - Italian Punks Go Acoustic ha invitato i membri dellassociazione Lisola che non cè ONLUS per la loro prima registrazione professionale di un brano dei Ramones, riarrangiato nella musica e nel testo. Lassociazione si occupa di promuovere diverse attività che hanno come obiettivo lintegrazione di ragazzi e ragazze con disabilità e persone normodotate, attraverso corsi di musica, teatro e danza. Essendo che sia i membri della comunità punk che i ragazzi diversamente abili sono stati spesso oggetti di pregiudizio da parte della società, hanno deciso di unire le forze e divertirsi insieme. Dal 2012 al 2016 sono state pubblicate tre diverse compilation grazie a Rude Records con allinterno una serie di cover di brani punk rock internazionali, riarrangiate in chiave acustica e tutti i proventi dalle vendite, stream e dagli show di presentazione sono stati destinati allIsola per coprire i costi vivi delle forniture e i rimborsi degli insegnanti volontari. PUNKABILITY è il video racconto di queste esperienze, attraverso le testimonianze di coloro che ne hanno fatto parte.
