I show how in both cases there is no real attempt to provide arguments or evidence. Instead they merely tell us stories about what they believe and how it makes sense to them. I call this engaging in 'religious fan fiction'.

$Dr Steel Singularity Music Video I made this music video to accompany Doctor Steels excellent song The Singularity. Note that most of the clips in the video are demonstrations of real technologies, which can be found on youtube. There are also some animations of technologies that are currently in development (e.g. fusion and genetic engineering). I think the only part of the video that is pure science fiction at the moment the the part with nanomachines interacting with a cell. The rest is here, now. The singularity is near.
