King Midas is a 32 year black, trans male who had a long run of bad luck. After serving 3 years in the Army (joining at just 17 years old) as a combat medic he was discharged and faced years of housing uncertainty, PTSD, depression, joblessness, etc. In 2018 King Midas was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and he spent the last 3 years fighting constant pain and a medical system that has continuously turned him down for care. King Midas has resorted to online fundraising to make ends meet, asking for money directly on Twitter as well as with various GoFundMeCampaigns.
This all ended on October 26th, 2021 when King Midas was exposed as a fraud. He lied about Ovarian Cancer, he lied about serving in the military and he has earned thousands of dollars over the years via theft by deception. These are not rumors, these were admissions from his own mouth.
