From 1969 till the early 80’s the pop up/blast up ghosts in the graveyard scene of the Haunted Mansion at Disneyland and Walt Disney Would used to loudly vocalize at the end of every verse of Grim Grinning Ghosts.
We know they were discontinued in the early 80’s due to Tokyo’s version of the ride never having the screams. Notice how the subtitle of GGG is “The Screaming Song”. It is also evident the sculpts were more diverse and they each had individual lighting in the early years.
