Tonight we investigate the abandoned Cornist Hall. With many reports of paranormal activity, we had to check it out for ourselves. Sightings of ghostly children have been reported here and they are well known to play tricks, move items and run around in the dead of night.
A grey Lady has also been reported, she is said to wander the Manor and grounds in despair.
Apparition’s of what has been described as a nanny has been seen aswell. Is she the one that is chasing the children and trying to keep them in check???
Finally… who is the darker spirit here?? Is he really as aggressive as people say?
It’s down to myself and @MoxleysParanormalWorld to find out…
◾️HISTORY ◾️
Cornist Hall boasts a fascinating history but has been boarded up for over a decade.
An abandoned hall in Flintshire with a rich history dating back to the 18th century now casts an eerie spectre over its surroundings since its closure.
The Jacobean mansion has since been boarded up after several incidents of vandalism.
It is famed for being the birthplace of Thomas Totty, a navy admiral who served under Lord Nelson during the Napoleonic Wars.
By 1884, the mansion was owned by Richard Muspratt, an industrialist, who commissioned the house to be remodelled but passed away before the work could be carried out.
This did not stop extensive alterations from being made to the house as its next owners - the Summers Family, who ran an ironworks business in Shotton - carried out work on the building in the early 20th century.
In 1953, Cornist Hall was modified for catering purposes after being taken over by what would have been Clwyd Council at the time.
Three decades later in 1987 it was taken over by the Napier family who developed it into a wedding and dining venue and converted the Hall into a club house for the local golf club.
