Well sadly I didn't have time to pull out the decent video camera for this one as we were not let into the theater until 45 minutes before showtime and I had pictures to take as well so I hastily took this with my phone. The barbershop quartet was an odd choice, but hey, what do I know? People seemed to enjoy them.
The Los Angeles Theater is part of the 'Last Remaining Seats' film festival hosted by The Los Angeles Conservancy that screens vintage movies in the movie palaces that line the Broadway Theater District in Downtown Los Angeles. This particular theater is frequently used as well for commercials, TV shows, and music videos. You might recognize it from No Doubt's 'Spiderwebs' music video, The Arnold Schwarzenegger film 'End of Days,' and the Apple iTunes/iPod commercial from the early 2000's that featured a litany of famous acts standing on stage offering their best songs to a young man seated alone in the audience.
