Apple's iPhone Air 2 is expected to launch in Spring 2027, but we've already seen plenty of leaks and rumours surrounding this skinny phone. Will we see key upgrades like a bigger battery and respectable camera tech when the iPhone Air 2 comes to the UK? And what's your own wish list for this thin blower?

Personally, I really want to see a much larger silicon carbon battery stuffed into that wee frame. The iPhone Air 2 should serve up at least a 5000mAh cell, like the Motorola Edge 70, to really be taken seriously by smartphone fans. Otherwise we're right back to slapping huge battery packs on the back, which completely defeats the point of buying an Air.
Likewise, if you're spending well over a grand on a pricey new handset, you at least want it to have a decent camera setup. The iPhone Air 2 should at least be upgraded with a second camera sensor, so that's something.
Here's hoping the speaker system isn't so weak for this 2027 model, while performance should hopefully be respectable thanks to the A20 chipset.
