One of the most unique farm to table experiences we've ever had was at Mharo Khet, an 80 acre experimental farm about an hour's drive out of Jodhpur. They took us for a tour around the farm, making us taste fruits and veggies plucked right then and there, and the evening ended with a spectacular 7 course vegetarian feast - it was a true celebration of the produce they grow at the farm.
