Shoovan Bep was a Theelin artist who settled on the fields of Dalna in the years before the High Republic era. A laid-back soul with a love for nature and family, he purchased a large stretch of farmland and became a fixture of his local community. Though Dalna would one day suffer greatly during the Nihil conflict, this song preserves a glimpse of the peace and joy that once defined the planet — and the spirit that would eventually help it rebuild.
“Harvest Festival on Dalna” celebrates the arrival of the planet’s annual harvest. The lyrics evoke the golden fields, the gathering of neighbors, and the lantern-lit dancing that lasts long into the night.
