I've been seeing so many beautiful "Harry Potter" tributes lately that I wanted to make my own as well, just to show my appreciation for this wonderful series of books and films - and, of course, the wonderful cast that brought these characters to life.
I started reading "Harry Potter" when I was 11 and I fell in love with it instantly. J. K. Rowling created an amazing universe with amazing characters and storylines and she writes in such a way that you feel that you're part of the story and that you're living everything the characters are living. You laugh when they laugh, you cry when they cry, you want to punch someone in the face when they hurt someone you care about... I don't think any other book or series of books can make you feel that way (at least not the ones that I've read).
I think this is why "Harry Potter" has so many fans all over the world. Because, even though it's set in a fantasy world with wizards and magic, you can relate to the characters and you can learn a lot from them, in matters of friendship and loyalty and moral values.
While I was searching for pictures and clips to make this video, it was so nostalgic. Especially seeing the ones of when they were like 11 or 12 years old... it was 10 years ago and it seems like it was only yesterday.
All of this to say that "Harry Potter" made my childhood/early teenagehood and it will forever hold a special place in my heart. And I'm sure I will read the books and watch the films again and again and again and many more times after that. ;)
So yeah, I hope you enjoy this video as much as I enjoyed making it and uhm... keep loving "Harry Potter". :)
