Starting with House Gryffindor, please enjoy this musical journey through all four house common rooms at Hogwarts! The very cozy Hufflepuff common room comes second, followed by a look inside Ravenclaw Tower. The video ends every hour with the underground common room of Slytherin House. Scenes change roughly every 5 minutes, and houses change every 15 minutes. The video and music from the Hogwarts Legacy soundtrack repeats every hour for a full 8 hours. Enjoy!

Gryffindor House Common Room Description:
The common room was a circular room where Gryffindor students could relax after a long day of studying. It was full of squashy armchairs, tables, and a bulletin board where school notices, ads, lost posters, etc. could be posted. The common room was decorated in several shades of red, which was associated with the house. The common room was comfortable, but seem not more comfortable than the Hufflepuff common room.
There were many windows that looked out onto the grounds of the school, and a large fireplace dominated one wall. The mantle of the fireplace was adorned with a portrait of a lion and there were various books on the mantle. The fireplace was also connected to the Floo Network, but as it was extremely public except in the dead of night. The walls were decorated with scarlet tapestries that depicted witches and wizards, but also various animals. There were also bookcases located in the room, filled with various novels and forms of literature.
Hufflepuff House Common Room Description:
The actual basement itself was round, earthy, low-ceilinged, welcoming, warm, and sunny. There were lots of yellow hangings, burnished copper, and overstuffed sofas and armchairs upholstered in yellow and black, and small circular windows that provided a vista of "rippling grass and dandelions". There was also a large, honey coloured, wooden mantelpiece with carvings of badgers on it. This was located underneath a portrait of the house's founder, Helga Hufflepuff.
The Head of House, Pomona Sprout, also taught Herbology and as such brought many interesting plants in to decorate the common room (some of which danced, talked, and waved), placing them on the windowsills or having them hang from the ceiling, encouraging interest in Herbology (and hence part of why Hufflepuffs tended to be good at it). Various cactii stood on wooden circular shelves that were curved to fit the walls, and copper-bottomed plant holders dangled amid the ceiling with ferns and ivies.
Ravenclaw House Common Room Description:
The Ravenclaw common room was one of the airiest rooms at Hogwarts. It was a wide, circular room with graceful arched windows that punctuated the walls which were hung with blue and bronze silks and a midnight blue carpet covered in stars, which was reflected onto the domed ceiling. The room was furnished with blue tables, chairs, and a divan. Next to the door leading up to the dormitories stood a tall statue of Rowena Ravenclaw made of white marble. According to Prefect Robert Hilliard, the sound of wind whistling around the windows of the tower was relaxing while going to sleep. Portraits of famous Ravenclaws hung on the walls.
Slytherin House Common Room Description:
The common room was a dungeon-like room with greenish lamps and chairs. This dungeon extended partway under the lake, giving the light in the room a green tinge. The common room had lots of low backed black and dark green button-tufted, leather sofas; skulls; and dark wood cupboards. One of the wooden tables had a Wizard's Chess set on it. It was decorated with tapestries featuring the adventures of famous Medieval Slytherins. It has quite a grand atmosphere, but also quite a cold one. It was decorated with pumpkins for Hallowe'en at least once in the 1980s.

This remaster and modlist is designed to enhance the vanilla Skyrim experience while maintaining the look, feel, and aesthetic of the original game. The only real departure from vanilla is the addition of the Great Whiterun Forest, which transforms the tundra outside Whiterun into a dense and expansive forest. The ENB can be changed to suit a darker, colder, or more fantasy-like experience, but I feel that Silent Horizons largely maintains the feel of vanilla Skyrim.

![The Streets of Whiterun | Skyrim Music & Ambience Remastered | Elder Scrolls Ambient Music [3 Hrs]
As the first video in my upcoming Great Cities & Towns of Skyrim series, I thought the iconic central city of Skyrim would be the perfect place to start - Whiterun! Starting with a sunrise approach to the city from The Great Whiterun Forest, and ending with a beautiful sunset over Dragonsreach, this video features 13 different scenes showcasing a very lush version of Whiterun. While it may not be to everyones taste, I hope everyone can appreciate and enjoy the extra coziness that all the new trees, flowers, bushes, and architecture provide. Music selection is from the Elder Scrolls Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim, and The Elder Scrolls Online. This video repeats every hour for 3 hours - enjoy!
