While on board the Royal Caribbean Harmony of the Seas, we went down to “Entertainment Place” on deck 4 to create an in-depth tour of its popular loyalty program amenity. The Harmony of the Seas Crown Lounge (Formerly the Diamond Lounge) can accommodate a few dozen Diamond, Diamond Plus or Pinnacle members of the Royal Caribbean Crown and Anchor Society cruise loyalty program. Although on certain sailings with a high number of Diamond Plus and Pinnacles, the Diamond members have been restricted from the Crown Lounge during peak times.
The Harmony of the Seas Crown Lounge is nicely appointed with comfortable seating and tasteful accents, although still this is my favorite Crown & Anchor lounge of all of the Royal Caribbean ships I’ve been on. For our favorite loyalty lounge check out our tour of the Explorer of the Seas Crown Lounge, which in contrast has vibrant comfortable seating inside, additional open-air seating on the adjoining balcony and offers dramatic views from its floor to ceiling wall of windows.
The Crown Lounge on the Harmony of the Seas also features the loyalty ambassador’s desk who can help guests with a wide variety of items. This Oasis Class ship’s Crown Lounge also offers its guests complimentary continental breakfast and per-dinner hors d'oeuvres. Diamond, Diamond Plus and Pinnacle members can also receive bar service in this lounge in the evenings, and can utilize their drink vouchers if they wish to.
