The Harmonium is back by popular demand, albeit in a slightly different guise. This version features the addition of a totally chill 8 minute ambient piece at the start to help you settle down a bit before we wind on further into the realms of sleep with a soothing delta wave sleep drone consisting of relaxing white noise. A sleep drone is an offshoot of standard sleep meditation music, where instead of following the conventional musical form, we aim for a more minimal and stripped back vibe, where atmosphere takes precedence over melody. This lends itself more to sleep than standard sleep music as there are no distracting sounds to startle you awake. You can check out more sleep meditation music like this one in our playlists. We have a slightly different approach than your average brainwave entrainment channel but if you enjoy our stuff be sure to subscribe.
Whilst binaural beats are used here, don’t think you have to wear headphones as we’ve also incorporated audiowave modulation into the sounds, which is a fancy way of saying the volume rapidly fluctuates according to the brainwave entrainment frequency. This comes in real handy because you can get away with making binaurals and isochronics (the latter are not featured here) a little less intrusive.
