Selected as a featured immersive experience celebrating the Stavros Niarchos Foundation’s 30th anniversary, The Harmonic Sea transforms visitors into co-creators of a living digital ocean. Through emotion, movement, and participation, audiences generate evolving sea creatures that populate a collective underwater ecosystem.
Led by Creative Director Erin Reilly alongside TXI staff, students, and industry fellows (Fairworlds, D2R Studios and Swallowtail) the installation is bringing creativity, technology, and community together on the canal at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center.
Hands down, our favorite memory from the Harmonic Sea installation was watching families dive into the experience together. There was something truly magical about seeing each child’s face light up as the sea creature they created was released into the ecosystem. Those moments of wonder, joy, and imagination are exactly why we create experiences like this. 🌊✨
