This is a quick preview of our long awaited Harmonic / Aural Axciter plugin. You can use an exciter to make instruments stand out in a mix by adding additional harmonics or saturating the mix. Don't confuse this for a Graphic EQ, although they can achieve similar results. A graphic EQ simply boosts existing harmonics whereas an Exciter adds more harmonics which changes the actual tone of a sound. In this example I've gone way over the top in order to emphesise the effect but in reality it would be more subtle. There are some additional MIDI controls which I haven't covered here, and my apologies for the monotone voiceover! lol (I know).
