Yet again, we are getting another look at the popular relationship between the Joker and Harley Quinn. This seems to be set just before the Joker brings her to the fabric where she is pushed in acid. Here we see a lot more of the Joker trying to get rid of Harley. We all know how that ended!
It starts with Harley staring at a destroyed motorcycle on the ground and getting a memory of before she turned into the colorful person we know so dearly. The scene ends with Harley being mad at the Joker (for good reason) as she slams her hands on to the car saying:
The Joker : Oh, you.
Dr. Harleen Quinzel : You're not leaving me. You're not leaving me!
The Joker : You, you, you're a pain in the ass.
Dr. Harleen Quinzel : I have done everything you said. Every test, every trial, every initiation. I have proved I love you. Just accept it.
The Joker : [interrupts] Got it, got it, got it, got it. I am not someone who is loved. I'm an idea. A state of mind. I execute *my* will according to my plan. And you, Doctor... are not part of my plan.

Plot:
After the death of Superman, the leader of a secret agency, Amanda Waller, convinces the government to recruit super-villains imprisoned in Belle Reve to protect the world. She summons the hit-man Deadshot; The Joker's girlfriend and former psychiatrist Harley Quinn; the pyrokinetic Diablo; the bank thief Captain Boomerang; the mutant Killer Croc; the criminal Slipknot; and the witch Enchantress who possessed the former archaeologist, June Moone, to form Task Force X. Waller also assigns the command of the team to Colonel Rick Flag, who is in love with June. To convince the group to obey orders, a nanite bomb is implanted in the neck of each member. When Enchantress releases her powerful brother, they besiege Midway City turning the residents into an army of monsters and building a powerful weapon. Meanwhile, the Joker is plotting a plan to rescue his beloved Harley Quinn.
