The Southern California ultra-running scene is often overlooked, but the Santa Ana Mountains hold a serious challenge right in Orange County's backyard. This film takes you inside the inaugural Harding Hustle 50K, Aravaipa Racing's first-ever event in California!
We follow local runners like Max Jolliffe, Tim Reed, and Nathan Brown as they tackle the majestic peaks they grew up training on, including Santiago Peak—the tallest point in Orange County.
The course is a brute that rewards you with speed. Runners face a loop of hard climbs and super-fast descents, battling humidity and each other in a fierce competition.
