Greg Doucette has continued to discourage the use of autoregulation methods such as RPE or RIR(reps in reserve) as he believes RPE is p*ssy training and training hard all the way to failure is what generates progress. In this video I explain how avoiding training to failure can accelerate progress and why you shouldn't be concerned with meeting arbitrary standards for what is considered "hard" training.
