Not gonna lie: This is a little cringe, but here goes: In this video, I demonstrate how to farm the "String of Ears" buff in WoW Classic Hardcore by using a Mak'gora duel between my own alts. I leveled one character to 19 and another to 20, and then staged a duel to the death to get the buff on my main.
