Amber was a 20 year old welder in Minnesota. Her coworker unalived her at her work station. He used a sledge hammer and when authorities came he told them he didn’t like her. As a trade worker I am so thankful that I have suportive coworkers. I am the only female helicopter mechanic at my job.
Her HR department failed her.. she went to speak with them 5 times and was told to just ignore him.
