This model of Mission Control during the Apollo era will be going on display for the first time at the Cosmosphere! Painstakingly restored by our volunteer Jim Harris, this model will find a new home in the Cosmosphere's upcoming Moonshot Gallery
Welcome to the Cosmosphere's Hard Hat Series! In this series, we will show you what's going on in the construction areas while parts of our Hall of Space Museum are under renovation and give you an idea of what exciting things are to come, showcase artifacts you may have never seen before, take you on behind-the-scenes tours of the Cosmosphere, and much more! The renovated Hall of Space Museum galleries are set to open in December 2024.
