The Condition Harbinger overloads enemies with conditions through fast animations due to quickness, corruptions which add cover conditions, and CC that prevents cleansing before the conditions tick for a heavy DPS playstyle in Guild Wars 2 PvP. While it has a lot of damage, this damage is mostly projectiles, it is single target, and you lack the survivability of a second health bar.
