February is Black History Month. While I year round continue to highlight Black and Brown people in JFashion. February is a dedicated time reflect on Black culture, Black history and Black heritage. Black people exist outside of this time period and they are allowed to take up space. The Jfashion community has gotten better in terms of representation and not tolerating anti-blackness. However this is your reminder they exist in kawaii fashion, j-fashion and can take up space.

I am asking for community submission! Showcase your love of kawaii fashion & J-fashion as a person of the Black diaspora during Black History Month! All J-fashion styles are welcome! If you are a kawaii/j-fashion focused Black owned business, you are welcome too!
